Prerequisites
The only requirement is that the item be in the same state as when you acquired it. It cannot be used, worn, or altered at all. You must deliver it back with:
- Original package and tags
- Receipt
- Additional evidence of purchasing

Damages
As soon as you receive the merchandise, please let us know if you’re not happy with it. Please contact us right away if the item is broken, flawed, or you received the wrong goods.
We’ll inspect it immediately away and do everything we can to make it right.
Exchanges
The easiest way to guarantee that you get what you want is to return the item you currently own and then, after the return has been accepted, make a new purchase for the desired item.
Exceptions
Certain purchases, including personalized items and personal care products that are made to order, cannot be returned (such as beauty products).
We also do not accept the return of hazardous materials, volatile liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or issues about a specific item.
Regrettably, gift cards and items that are on sale or discounted cannot be returned.
Reimbursement
After we’ve received and examined your return, we’ll let you know right away whether or not your refund was approved. Your original form of payment will immediately get a refund if it is approved.
