The only requirement is that the item be in the same state as when you acquired it. It cannot be used, worn, or altered at all. You must deliver it back with:

  • Receipt
  • Additional evidence of purchasing

Damages

As soon as you receive the merchandise, please let us know if you’re not happy with it. Please contact us right away if the item is broken, flawed, or you received the wrong goods.

Exchanges

The easiest way to guarantee that you get what you want is to return the item you currently own and then, after the return has been accepted, make a new purchase for the desired item.

Exceptions

Reimbursement
